My client is currently recruiting for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join their growing team in London.

You will be join a company that are a cloud computing and application development specialists, who hold a long and close relationship with Microsoft and hold over 20 gold level competencies.

About the Service Delivery Manager Role:


The successful candidate shall ensure all contractual commitments are delivered within a strictly professional and leading capacity.

You will be responsible for account relationship management, it will be vital to ensure renewed business and finding new opportunities.

You will be supporting a diverse range of clients with a mix of Microsoft; O365, Azure PaaS, Azure IaaS, and Dev ops environments.


Skills required:


Strong experience with Microsoft Azure

Proficient experience in BAU services as part of CSI

Experience in RACI and follow up documentations

Experience working in a design and transition practice lead

Strong Business Development skills

Excellent problem management strategies
