Technical Support Engineer (893572) Tamworth, England
We are recruiting for a Technical Support Engineer to work alongside our clients established Technical Team at their Distribution centre, based in Tamworth.
The Technical Support Engineer will provide general support to UK customers, sales teams and customers’ sales team.
Technical Support Engineer Main Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and e-mail
- Resolve customer technical issues through diligent research, reproduction, and troubleshooting
- Document all technical inquiries, and develop and review content for knowledge base articles
- Assist with testing of internal products
- Work with the local sales teams to address specific issues for customers
Required Skills:
- Positive, customer-focused, service-oriented personality
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent computer skills including email and Microsoft Office
- A team player but also with the ability to work on own initiative
- Outstanding written and spoken communication skills
- An organised, proactive and structured working style
Qualifications:
- Degree qualified, ideally electrical engineering - all necessary product training will be provided
