Telesales Agent (CGTelesalesDby) Derby, England
B2B Telesales Agent required for our growing client based in the business services industry in Derby.
The Telesales Agent will be required to:
- Make outbound calls to existing and lapsed customers with a view to introducing additional services as well as reintroducing the core service range
- Create quotes for customers to maximise savings; and follow up
- Update internal databases
Although no specific qualification is required of the successful B2B Telesales Agent experience of similar activities such as warm outbound calling would be beneficial; excellent computer skills and a knowledge of CRM systems.
A friendly can-do attitude and a confident, professional manner is a must, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving and successful growing team.
The Telesales Agent's hours of work are Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00. The starting salary will be 19K, rising to 22K after successful probation; their is a bonus earnings potential of 6K; salary expectation in year 1 c.28K.
