HR Coordinator

HR Coordinator (CGMDHS1) Burton-On-Trent, England

Salary: GBP22000 - GBP25000 per annum + bonus, benefits

We are recruiting for a HR & Safety Coordinator for our global client based in Burton on Trent (option of permanent or 12 month fixed term basis). Excellent client who are market leaders in their field and invest heavily in staff development.

The HR and Safety Coordinator will coordinate and complete a range of Administrative processes within the HR, Wellbeing, L&D & Safety functions. 

Duties will also include continually reviewing efficiencies and effectiveness, providing support to the wider HR Team. 

This is a very heavy Admin based role; we are looking for a HR and Safety Co Ordinator who has proven and advanced IT skills on Excel (pivot tables, v look ups (or similar), conditional formatting, formula). The HR and Safety Coordinator must have significant experience of using mail merge, and PowerPoint: Intermediate – advanced level.

The ideal HR and Safety Coordinator will have:

Proven experience of using HR Software & LMS Software Systems (working use of Access would be ideal).

Experience of H&S/Fleet Admin

CIPD Level 3

The package: 

Hours:  Full Time (9 am to 5 pm, half hour unpaid lunch)
