The Senior Customer Service Administrator will provide excellent customer support our client’s customers dealing with inbound and outbound queries, working to KPI’s, working to targets and KPI’s.     

The Senior Customer Service Administrator is required to have similar experience with excellent Customer Handling at the highest quality, and a minimum of 4 GCSE’s or equivalent to include English and Maths.
