Customer Service Advisor (CSACGEL3) Tamworth, England

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor, for our client based in Tamworth. This is a fixed term position.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with SAGE system and proficient with MS office.
Duties the Customer Service Advisor will undertake include:
- Processing orders on SAGE with speed and accuracy
- Dealing with customer enquiries from our customers/and the public
- the external sales team and the general public
- Preparing quotes and chasing up
- Providing basic technical advice to client (full product training given)
- Assisting with promotions and
- Dealing with the carriers, chasing deliveries, obtaining POD’s, advising customers of ETA’s
- Supporting an Area Sales Manager
- Complaints handling
The package:
- Monday - Friday, no weekends,
- 15-17K
- Pension
