The Job
Reporting to the CFO, this Reporting & Systems Manager will play a critical part in administering and supporting key financial projects aimed at improving internal controls and financial processes. This Reporting & Systems Manager will be responsible for the maintenance and ongoing process improvements of the general ledger, the financial reporting systems and the organisation’s ERP. This role will support the finance and accounting team by establishing protocols for the reconciliations of all financial data at key interface points during the month end and forecast periods. Specifically, the role will review the existing data transfer processes to maintain integrity, improve accuracy, reliability as well as system automation.
This role will play a lead role in ensuring standardisation of best practice across the Finance group. This Reporting & Systems Manager will lead a team of 8 operational staff.

Candidate Profile
You are currently a Systems Accountant or a Senior Financial Accountant with a strong systems background. You have a background in implementing, improving or consolidating systems with proven accountability around month end reporting. You are CA/CPA qualified. You feel comfortable being in a key business role and working in a large team environment inspires you. Experience with SAP consolidation projects would be desired and highly considered. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a fun, vibrant personality.
