Conference Services Supervisor

Law firm in Uptown Charlotte is looking for a Conference Services Supervisor. Monday-Friday 8:30-5. Pay = $21-24/hour.

Responsibilities

Responsible for setting up & breaking down conference rooms
Handling catering events and leading conference support on the entire floor
Assisting with managing conference services calendar

Requirements

2+ years of hospitality and leadership experience.
Strong computer skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
We’re looking for someone focused on client service, has hospitality experience (I.E. hotel industry), and has excellent organizational skills.
