Guest Services Greeter
An upscale car dealership in East Charlotte is looking for a Guest Services Greeter. Great opportunity for someone who is looking specifically for this type of schedule. Must be available for schedule listed below. $10/hour.
Hours – 3+ days/week – REQUIRES Thursday and Friday 9a-7p and Saturday 9a-5p. Could go full time.
Responsibilities
- Monitors activities of dealership guests on the inventory lot and showroom.
- Communicates client advisors’ names that are assisting guests and informs Guests Services and Sales Management.
- Watches all areas of the sales lot and showroom.
- Records all guests on the sales lot and showroom floor by identifying factors and the Salesperson responsible for the guests.
- Notifies Guests Services and Sales Management of prospects on the lot or in the showroom and the salesperson assisting.
- Communicates to Guests Services and Sales Managers when a guests needs assistance.
- Enhance guests’ experiences in any way possible for both New and Pre-Owned Departments when needed.
- Acts as the eyes and ears for staff and Management in regards to customer non-verbal behavior or overheard comments during the sales process.
- Walk all guests to requested destination (i.e. Parts Department, Service Department, and Finance Department).
- Along with Guests Services, routinely offers refreshments to guests as needed.
Requirements
- Must be very professional and polished
- Strong communication skills - friendly, great attitude, not timid
- High school diploma or GED
- Regularly required to walk consistently for long periods of time. Ability to write clearly.
- Must be flexible to the required schedule
