JOB SUMMARY;
Responsible for supporting the sales organization and assigned client group(s) through database administration, report development primarily in SQL and Reporting Services, business analysis, consultation, and technical liaison.

RESPONSIBILITIES;
Database Development and Administration: Redesign data structures using ETL and migration from Store Procedures; disciplines include: SQL query design and development, ETL experience (SSIS, Informatica, etc.), SQL database design experience, Ability to convert SQL stored procedures into ETL (SSIS), and SSRS experience (Reporting); Supports applications administration; properly stores, manages, and manipulates data; monitors database performance and activity and performs performance tuning and maintenance schedule; integrates and organizes disparate data sets; may develop, support, or maintain databases for clients.
Report Development in SQL and Reporting Services: Connects to and extracts data from various systems and databases; develops, refines, troubleshoots, maintains, and delivers timely and accurate recurring reporting; supports client needs and expectations through performing adhoc research.
Create, maintain and run reports from various company systems.
Provide timely and accurate reporting to sales operations to enhance sales performance.
Analyze data to recognize meaningful business trends and/or insights to solve problems in a timely manner
Prepares analysis for internal customers and communicates information in a relevant format.
Provides general analysis for internal customers.
Create and monitor performance metrics.
Other duties as required.
Reports to Manager Region Sales Operations

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED;
Education: Associates or Bachelors degree in information systems, business, statistics, math, or similar technical or quantitative field preferred.
Experience: 2+ years of experience, working with relational databases; preferably SQL server including experience with data analysis, report development, business metrics, quantitative methods, statistics, analyzing business operations, business process improvement, forecasting, SQL, Excel, Access, and Microsoft Reporting Services.
Technical competency in data management, databases, analysis, modeling, and data mining
Strong MS Excel skills, MS Access or SQL skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Strong analytical discipline
Ability to establish effective working relationships at various levels of the organization.
Predictive modeling experience

Preferred:
BS/BA in related discipline strongly preferred.
Sales experience
