Manpower is actively hiring Customer Service Representatives to work at the IBM Call Center in Bremerton, WA. As a Manpower Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for supporting a major telecommunication provider by receiving incoming calls and resolving customer issues.

As a Manpower Customer Service Representative, you will receive regular interval salary increases and the opportunity for growth. Let us provide you with the chance to expand your skills within a call center environment.

The call center operates 365 days a year from 4:00am-10:30pm and all applicants must be able to adhere to a flexible schedule. Each agent must be able to navigate systems while speaking on the phone and resolving customer issues.

Manpower offers $10.50/hr starting pay with bonuses and regular interval salary increases in addition to competitive benefits: medical/dental/life/401k/holiday. A pre-employment 7-year background check (felony & misdemeanor), verifiable proof of high school diploma or GED and previous employment verification checks will all be conducted.
