Celsian Education are seeking to appoint people with the skills and
experience to work with us to improve the educational outcomes for children
across the Key Stages and to reduce the risk of exclusion from school.
You will need a good understanding of the issues affecting the educational
progress of children at school/settings and a commitment to supporting the
delivery of outstanding teaching and learning experiences to pupils.
Experience of working with complex and vulnerable pupils facing behavioural,
emotional and social difficulties and their families is essential, as is an
understanding of the issues affecting inclusion of children in education.

member and confident in working in a range of localities and with a range of
