QC Coordinator (Language required: nl, fi, no, sv) (CJA-0017) Palo Alto, California
Responsibilities:

Review films and TV for quality and localization issues in both English and one or more of the following languages: Dutch, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish

Identify common errors in digital files including, but not limited to:
-
video issues (digital hits, interlacing, motion problems)
-
audio levels, mapping, and sync
-
product metadata and creative assets
-
Subtitle & closed caption issues (localization & sync)
-
Apply regional social/ cultural understanding to identify sensitive content
-
Interact with proprietary asset management system
-
Keep confidentiality of our partners’ content
-
Help out with various other QC projects, on an as-needed basis
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Proven track record in a fast-paced, demanding environment
-
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Should be able to deal with sensitive material including sexual images, gore, violence, explicit drug use, offensive language, and hateful content.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
1-3 years of experience working with Film/TV and Video
-
Knowledge of Hollywood content & industry standards desired
-
Experience at a post-production house or consumer-facing digital video service highly preferred
-
Experience with Google Apps (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Slides)
