The role
We currently are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join their internal recruitment team on a permanent basis. The role will have overall responsibility for managing end to end recruitment processes for hires across the UK and overseas. This isn't a transactional/high volume recruitment role - it is very high touch and we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Their team has won numerous awards, including: best candidate experience and best recruitment team.
This role will sit in a close- knit team and you will be reporting into an exceptional Head of Recruitment, who will take you under their wing and provide mentoring to set you up for success.
The salary on offer is around £40,000-45,000 depending on the experience that you bring to the role. The role also attracts an annual bonus and a suite of great benefits. Their offices are state of the art and are based in Central London (short walk from Blackfriars or Waterloo).
