Onsite Coordinator

Onsite Coordinator (CON/LDR) Birmingham, England

Salary: GBP18000 - GBP20000 per annum + Car parking canteen

Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Polish and English speaking Bi-Lingual Onsite Coordinator who will work as part of an existing team. The job will be working within our onsite office in South Birmingham. For applicants who have no prior experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to get into a non-sales recruitment role working on behalf of a fantastic end client and reputable employment business.

 

This is a fast paced role with lots of face to face and telephone communication with both temporary workers and hiring managers therefore you must be confident and assertive. The role also includes a lot of administration and paperwork and you will need to be fully proficient with Microsoft Outlook and be able to work in a structured manner. You will receive ample support and training from the existing team however you must have an ability to retain information well and learn quickly. You must be professional at all times and be able to handle the pressure of working onsite for our highly demanding customer.

 

After a probationary period the role will include supporting the on call rota (out of hours) which consists of one week in two.

 

The hours of work will be 1pm – 10.30pm and 6am til 3.30pm (Monday to Friday) yet we expect the first 4 to 8 weeks will be working on the AM shift only. Thereafter the shifts will rotate between AM’s and PM’s on a weekly basis.

 

Initially starting on a salary of £18,000 per annum yet after a trial period where the salary will increase to £20,000 per annum.

 

Typical duties will include:

 

Collation and communication of key management account emails

 

Sorting/sending and managing holiday requests liaising with both temporary workers and managers

 

Distribution and collation of health assessments

 

Assisting with the management of temporary worker attendance and timekeeping in an effort to minimise absence and increase productivity for our customer.

 

Collation of PPE from leavers

 

Distribution of workwear to new starters

 

Assisting with induction delivery and paperwork for new starters

 

Supporting the delivery and administration surrounding Return to Work interviews

 

Consistently contacting candidates who are on our waiting list

 

Shop floor presence and assisting with checking temporary workers are wearing appropriate PPE and uniform

 

Supporting and responding to query logs from temporary workers

 

Any other duties as and where required.
