The role
- Define the business capabilities, business services and information flows required to deliver to the business transformation strategy.
- Develop and implement the schedule to deliver target state solution designs, encompassing business and technology needs.
- Explore and document complex business processes.
- Build and environment that enables effective business analytics.
- Part of a new team that includes leading two Business Process Analysts.
Your experience
- Business Process design experience
- Worked with enterprise organisations
- Proven ability to establish new framework for business process design and improvements where this is a new concept
- Strong communication skills, able to be pragmatic, present concise information in business terms.
- Ability to lead and mentor others
