Responsibilities:
- Verify loan information is accurate prior to ordering loan documents
- Performing a variety of tasks on loans in preparation for funding and/or loan purchase
- QC review of the files closing instructions, closing documents, coordination with internal teams, closing numbers, disclosure tolerances and timing to assure compliance with all rules and regulations
- Review loan files to ensure file is ready to close
- Review for accurate and complete data entry into Calyx Point
- Send out and review the initial and finalCD’s and review them for compliance and accuracy Per TRID.
- Review closing documents for accuracy and proper execution
- Evaluate the file to confirm that it has been closed in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations that pertain to mortgage lending
Qualifications:
- Loan/Mortgage experience
- Calyx Point experience
- Doc Magic experience
