Our client, a global law firm, is looking for a Senior Recruiting Coordinator! As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for resume and phone screening, scheduling interviews, and supporting the talent acquisition team. This person will also be a key player in managing temporary staffing needs within the firm. The is a contract role with a high potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support a team of recruiters within a high volume environment
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens
- Schedule on site interviews with candidates and hiring mangers
- Manage job postings and temporary staffing needs
- Coordinate travel arrangements for potential candidates
- Event planning off-site for meetings and trainings
- Ensure all data is accurate and inputted into the applicant tracking system
- Perform ad hoc projects for the Talent Acquisition team
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of HR/Recruiting Coordination experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Outstanding customer focus, attention to detail, and organization skills
