Salary: GBP32000 - GBP35000 per annum + £10k OTE + car allowance
Are you a New Business hunter? A well-established brand who provide a bespoke service are looking for their next Sales Superstar! We are looking for a Business Development Manager paying £32k- £35k OTE £15k on top in LONDON & SOUTH EAST. This role is for someone who gets a kick out of New Business, being client facing and loves building relationships with New Customers!

The Role:

This role is focused on generating new business leads by making calls to new and prospective clients, there will be elements of account management following contracts that you sign. After the initial training; you will be required to hit weekly targets.

Territory: London & South East. Please note Head office is based in Hertfordshire, where you will be expected to go if not in meetings.

Salary: £32k-£35k OTE £15k on top

Responsibilities:

• Prioritise sales activities and customer contact towards achieving agreed business aims and role targets.
• Generate new business leads by making outbound calls to new and prospective clients, proactively researching leads,
promptly following up leads/enquiries, using own contacts/network.
• Proactively identify and pursue potential markets and prospects.
• Meet qualified new prospects face to face, where appropriate.
• Accurately record all activity on Salesforce, in a timely manner.
• Maintenance of all-important company documents and records, kept secure and up to date, using approved database.
• Any other duties as reasonably requested by your Line Manager.

The Ideal Candidate:

You have first class sales skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets by means of telephone and face to face methods. You are self-motivated, and results driven. Focused on delivering a high level of customer service, with excellent communications and empathetic skills. Knowledge of P.A.Y.E. and NIC; and experience of working within the recruitment industry, contractor payroll or financial services.
