Internal Sales Account Manager (BL1207) Buckinghamshire, England
| Salary: | GBP30000 - GBP30000 per annum + OTE £60k |
A well-established, family run, industry leader in the IT leasing sector are looking for an Internal Sales Account Manager. Paying £30k OTE £60k uncapped commission in the Buckinghamshire area. This role is for someone who is motivated, and has no fear when building new relationships with new and existing clients!
Please note: you MUST have at least 2 years + B2B experience selling a service!
The Role:
This role is focused on being able to elevate company standards, achieve sales targets and exceed client’s expectation. You will focus on lead generation through outbound calls to new and existing clients, whilst working alongside the Business Development Executive.
Please note: this role is TELEPHONE based position.
Salary & Benefits:
• £30k basic plus OTE £60K
• 25 days annual holiday + Bank Holidays

Responsibilities:
• Outbound business to business calling
• Lead Generation
• Appointment setting
• Working to KPI’s and monthly targets
• Database management (Microsoft Dynamics or similar)
The Ideal Candidate:
• 2 years + business to business sales experience
• 2 years leasing experience
• Strong objection handling skills
• Impeccable telephone manner
• Ability to work individually and as a team
• Structured sales approach
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong numeracy and IT skills
