Training Administrator – Fund Management / Administration, Huddersfield, up to £20,000 per annum
My client is an asset management company who seen a training administrator to join their fund administration division to coach and mentor the administrators action-ing investor requests on a live system. You will be responsible for ensuring processes and compliance across to team whilst training them to offer an excellent service to the clients

Duties Include: -
• Monitoring errors and providing feedback where necessary to improve performance
• Ensure that training is delivered correctly
• Identify coaching needs across the team to report to management
• Assist with the workflow supporting the team
• Check quality of work and assist during complex transactions
Skills & Experience Required
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate previous experience gained from the investment / fund / banking environment at an administrative level with some mentoring / coaching duties as part of your role. Due to the specific nature of this position other administrative roles in industry’s that is not relative to the investment / stockbroking or banking industry cannot be considered. You must have Maths & English GCSE C+ to succeed with your application due to qualifications and ongoing development offered by the business.
