My client, based in Oldham, seek a business relationship manager to manage key accounts across the business to nurture the client relationships and assist with any 1st line queries they have. You will be responsible for ensuring that all requests are actioned and resolved in line with SLAs and contractual agreements.
This role warrants a competitive salary, full time working hours and the opportunity for the suitable applicant to work with a well-known established business. Duties of the business relationship manager include: -
• Assisting business clients with their queries regarding their accounts
• Dealing with first line technical queries; password resets, log-in solutions and guidance to utilise payment tools
• Manage client expectations and relationship building to take ownership of issues
• Raise / Escalate queries from the client
• Handling transactional issues and payment tariff charge queries
Skills & Experience Required
To be considered for this role you must have experience dealing with business clients; key account management and business relationship management experience is ideal for this position as is any previous roles working within a high volume customer service role dealing specifically with business / high net worth customers
