We're working with a very innovative benefits platform, urgently looking for a strong Android Developer (Java, RESTful, JSON, Python, TDD, BDD) to join their growing team! If you are passionate about technology and have a track record of successful delivery in a lean/agile environment, with proven experience of delivering at scale, this could be a great next step for you!
As the successful Android Developer (Java, RESTful, JSON, Python, TDD, BDD), you will take part in building an app for the core user interface stack, ensuring it has a responsive web channel.
In addition to the following skills, you'll be a great fit for the role if you have a passion for technology and a demonstrable track record of creating engaging, contemporary apps with proven broad adoption and take-up.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Native mobile app development, Java on Android
- Experience of releasing apps through external stores
- RESTful APIs JSON (Webservices)
- Python scripting
- Angular5 or React
- Automated unit and automated functional testing
- TDD or BDD
- Agile / scrum
- Capable and willing to learn new technologies
GREAT TO HAVE:
- UX and user first design experience
- Microservices
- DAD/SAFe framework experience
