This is a sales reporting, analytical role and key responsibilities include

 

  • Real time analysis of dialler performance
  • Campaign management for outbound dialler performance
  • Produce KPI metrics
  • Maximise sales opportunities through planning, resource management and campaign management
  • Build reports and analyse data from the sales team
  • Provide trend analysis and recommendations
