This is a sales reporting, analytical role and key responsibilities include
- Real time analysis of dialler performance
- Campaign management for outbound dialler performance
- Produce KPI metrics
- Maximise sales opportunities through planning, resource management and campaign management
- Build reports and analyse data from the sales team
- Provide trend analysis and recommendations
