Overview

The client services team is responsible for the day-to-day managing of the agency’s relationships across our growing portfolio of digital marketing clients. Giving support to the ongoing business development process is a key part of the role.

 

What will you be doing?

Account Management  

  • Managing the ongoing day-to-day requirements of key accounts
  • Taking briefs and understanding the client requirements – both stated and non stated
  • Agreeing solutions with creative/tech/production teams to the scope that has been agreed
  • Developing best in class presentations in response to client briefs & business challenges
  • Presenting solutions and ensuring the client fully understands the proposal
  • Liaising with the client on a daily basis ensuring expectations are constantly met
  • Growing revenue and establishing new opportunities for organic growth of accounts
  • Completing weekly timesheets where required for project work
  • Maintaining a rigorous calendar of all account deliverables and milestones with production
  • Responsible for delivery of weekly/monthly reports to client and partners
  • Preparing and maintaining weekly account status meetings
  • Identifying opportunities to grow the account and feeding these back to the management

 

Business Development

  • Supporting the Client Services team in the implementation of the Sales Strategy
  • Helping in the generation of responses to client briefs – generating ideas and working on proposals
  • Contributing to the weekly Sales Meeting
  • Attending new business meetings where required to follow-up lead generation
  • Following-up potential leads

 

Research

  • Providing research to help the company better understand consumer and technology trends
  • Highlighting new research areas and contributing stimulating thought pieces

 

About you

Personality:  Turned on by technology and fascinated by the continual evolution of the web and digital marketing. A high achiever with excellent attention to detail. Dedicated, reliable and committed to exceeding client expectations.

 

Specific Job Skills: A wide understanding of the execution and implementation of digital marketing campaigns. Able to communicate and motivate via written media. Ability to work with senior business minds to help them achieve their objectives.

 

Computer skills: Must be adept in use of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word.

 

Literacy and Numeracy: Must be a very competent writer of business correspondence, quotations and proposals.

 

Business and Selling Skills: Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator. Ability to managing major accounts customers and large contracts. Able to achieve genuine sales development.

 

Management Ability: Staff and people management skills
