The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior B2B Marketing Manager. Reporting to the CMO, and working closely with our European sales VPs, the role will be primarily responsible for driving the marketing activities across our European regions.

 

A marketing professional with a background in B2B marketing, along with an excellent knowledge of digital and content marketing, this role is an exciting opportunity to join one of the world’s leading executive education providers.

 

About you:

Skills/Experience:

  • A B2B marketing background 
  • Excellent written, verbal and inter-personal communication
  • Good experience of salesforce.com and marketing automation tools, ideally Marketo
  • Competent with MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Totally fluent in written and spoken English is an absolute must

 

Personality:

  • Able to work autonomously, a natural self-starter and networker
  • Well organized, able to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Great communicator, and able to negotiate with sales and product teams
  • Self-sufficient, prepared to work on both planning and tactical activities
  • Quick learner with positive attitude
  • Fun, friendly personality

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree educated, ideally with an additional marketing or business qualification
  • 8+ years of marketing experience

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content – defining, writing and creating compelling content for use in international campaigns
  • Campaigns – define and create relevant, timely and engaging marketing campaigns
  • Digital/Social – defining, creating, executing and measuring local digital campaigns in line with central guidelines and messaging
  • Events – coordination and logistics of local seminars, webinars, client conferences, and internal events and the associated internal/external communications
  • Measurement – track progress against goals, identify issues, and recommend and execute on solutions for improvement. Measure and report campaign results, and work with appropriate sales for lead assignment / follow-up
  • Budget - Manage the budget of all field marketing activities
