PeopleShare is seeking qualified candidates for a Production Planner in Harrisburg! This is a full-time role with a global leader in industrial automation technology. The position offers competitive pay, paid holidays and generous PTO.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Pay Rate: $20 - 28/hr.

Job Responsibilities & Description:
- Purchase components required for IE manufacturing
- Manage execution of Demand Planning Agreements in support of key customers
- Manage component and finished good inventory levels
- Plan the release of work orders to production based on incoming customer orders, production capacity and availability of components in stock
- Ensures the reliable flow of components from suppliers to the production floor
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to balance immediate and long-term priorities
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business or 3 years experience in planning
- APICS certification preferred
- Knowledge of KanBan and LEAN manufacturing techniques preferred
