Production Planner

Production Planner (PRODU90961) Middletown, Pennsylvania

Salary: USD20 - USD28 per hour

PeopleShare is seeking qualified candidates for a Production Planner in Harrisburg! This is a full-time role with a global leader in industrial automation technology. The position offers competitive pay, paid holidays and generous PTO. 

 

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Pay Rate: $20 - 28/hr. 
  • Contract

 

Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Purchase components required for IE manufacturing
  • Manage execution of Demand Planning Agreements in support of key customers
  • Manage component and finished good inventory levels
  • Plan the release of work orders to production based on incoming customer orders, production capacity and availability of components in stock
  • Ensures the reliable flow of components from suppliers to the production floor 

  

Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to balance immediate and long-term priorities
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business or 3 years experience in planning
  • APICS certification preferred
  • Knowledge of KanBan and LEAN manufacturing techniques preferred
