On behalf of our Building Envelope California based client, Elk Recruitment is looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join their expanding team. Suitable candidates will have 6+ years experience working within the Facade Industry and a genuine interest to progress their career in this industry.
Requirements:
- Degree Qualified is beneficial
- Have 6+ years working in estimation within the construction/facade industry
- Be familiar with products in Curtain Walling, such as Stick, Unitized, Cladding, Louvres, windows & doors etc.
- Experienced with full preparation of tenders
- Responsible for full preparation of handover documentation
- Budgets
- Good phone manner
- Good communication skills
- Excellent English, spoken/written
- Sub-contract agreements
- Contracts/commercially aware
