Quality Assurance Specialist needed to perform batch record reviews for consumer complaints and submit the typed review electronically to the complaints database in an accurate, thorough, and timely manner on a daily basis. Additional requests from Management are required as needed which sometimes requires spreadsheets and reporting information for multiple batch records via electronic mail. This position requires an individual with the computer skills necessary to perform the tasks associated with the above job responsibilities i.e. Microsoft Word and Excel. Also, the individual must be highly motivated and self driven to effectively manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, team-oriented environment while utilizing good judgment, effective written and verbal communication skills, and strong attention to detail. Previous documentation auditing experience is preferred and a Technical degree i.e. Food Science is required. The Quality Assurance Specialist Complaints Auditor will report directly to the Site Complaints Coordinator and indirectly to the Quality Systems Supervisor.
