Pure Staff – Immediate starts – Collections Advisor – Redditch Area
Pure Staff are currently recruiting for 5 x Collections Advisor for our customer based in the Redditch Area.
The customer has recently seen record numbers for 2018 and has recently relocated within the Redditch area to accommodate their growth and plans for expansion. The company is vibrant and has great working atmosphere to match with brand new and modern facilities to look after their work force.
Our customers are specialists in the financial industry and collection advisors will be expected to do the following on a day to day basis –
- Pro – active approach to applications – in bound calls
- Out bound calls
- Great telephone manner – open questions and information gathering
- A High level of customer service
- Good administrative skills to process applications
- Arrange payment plans for customers
- Taking payments over the phone
- Following company guidelines and instructions when qualifying potential customers
Collection Advisors hours are expected to work between the hours of 0800 – 2000 Monday to Friday and every other Saturday between 0800 -1600. Please note Collection Advisors must be able to work 2 Saturdays per month.
Collections Advisors are paid £8.65 per hour and will be offered a full time role following a successful 12 week period with the company. The role then offers commissionable pay based on completing sales targets and can average around £600pm depending on performance. Pay can be reviewed and increase up to £9.62 following a successful target based period.
