Working with a market leading services business maintaining plants & interior displays, Premier Work Support are recruiting Interior Service Technicians for a full time position working Monday to Friday. This work is based indoors although there may be odd exterior displays that need maintaining with certain clients.
With good horticultural knowledge, a creative flair and outstanding attention to detail your duties will include: delivering & installing plant displays and equipment, maintaining live and / or replica plant displays to the required standards, cleaning & removal of dead leaves, watering, replacing plants, cleaning containers, maintaining soil and top dressing levels and pruning.
This role requires you to be a driver as you will be driving to customer sites in a Van. You will be dealing with the clients customers, so great customer service skills and a commitment to develop strong client relationships with a positive & proactive approach is a must. You will be using relevant equipment as required and chemicals, so must follow all procedures and complete administration & system updates as required.
Work is on a shift basis with the standard hours Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm. A flexible approach is crucial to serve the needs of the business as there may be changes required at certain times such as peak season (overtime is paid accordingly). This is a full-time temp to perm opportunity for suitable candidates. You will undergo a full training programme and also need good communication skills & numeracy.
