Job Duties & Requirements:

• Qualified Civil Engineer with international experiences.
  
  
• EPB & Slurry TBM management skills.
  
  
• TBM backup facilities and plant management, including planning, procurement, site installation, workshop management, subcontractor coordination and logistics management.
  
  
• Extensive knowledge and experience in selection and design of TBM and backup facilities.
  
  
• Acts as the project representative for relationships with project operating divisions, contractors, clients and consultant.
  
  
• Experience and knowledge of differing underground construction techniques including TBM bored tunnels, hand excavated tunnels, NATM and cut-and-cover works.
  
  
• Fundamental tunnel design experience including TBMs, soft ground and rock tunnels, and station caverns
  
  
• Knowledge and experience in selection and design of tunnel linings in the construction of shafts and sprayed concrete lined tunnels.
  
  
• Fundamental skills in structural engineering and geotechnical.
  
  
• Be innovative looking to develop their technical and management skills and willing to tackle any challenge.
  
  
• At least 20 years experiences in TBM tunnel projects and similar type of projects.
  
  
• 10 years experiences in TBM Tunnel projects as TBM Tunnel Manager.
  
  
• Hands-on site experience in TBM for tunneling works.
  
  
• In-depth understanding and knowledge of tunneling activities preferably with some experience in Singapore and Hong Kong.
