This role provides administrative support to the Logistics function within the Integrated Supply Chain, with primary accountability for ensuring the accurate and efficient delivery of goods to customers, administrative processes involved in shipping customer orders, responsible for issuing all necessary shipping documents, ensuring quality of delivery process within Service Levels Agreements, communication to forwarders and warehouse both internal and external, working in cooperation with the Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain to facilitate accurate and efficient customer service, controlling reporting as needed by the organisation.
