FREELANCE QUANTITY SURVEYOR - YORK – UP TO £350 A DAY – 5 MONTHS

Our client is a hugely famous building contractor who work on flagship schemes throughout the country. They have a mixed use development scheme with everything on offer which requires an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage multiple subcontract packages. Duties will include: -
- Management of multiple subcontract accounts including groundworks, fencing and internal fit out packages up to £2m in value
- Agreeing / Negotiating variations
- Applications for payment and payment of invoices
- Agreeing of final accounts
- Must have experience of the JCT form of contract
- Ideally have experience of working on mixed use development schemes
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF MANAGING GROUNDWORKS PACKAGES
