SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR - NOTTINGHAM – £60K + PACKAGE

Our client is a privately owned regional contractor who have a fantastic variety of clients and therefore projects on the ground. These include Student Accommodation, Bespoke Office Blocks, Retails Units and many more. They pride themselves on providing an environment where staff can create their own career path whilst being given the support from APC qualified staff and if you wish to become chartered, they are keen to support this! Duties will include: -
- Office & Site based role – 50/50 split
- Schemes based between Nottingham and Leeds
- JCT and NEC contracts to manage
- Full QS duties from procurement through to Final Accounts
- Guaranteed opportunities for progression
- Must have 5years + experience within Building
- Must be able to drive as site visits required
- Ideally degree qualified although relevant qualifications will be considered
