Due to the specialist nature of their work, they have picked up work through frameworks and private clients right across the country. This growth brings about a brand new opportunity for two Commercial Managers - one for the North and one for the South.
- Allocating of staff to meet project demands and develop and review performance
- Develop customer and supplier relations and negotiate terms and conditions
- Advise operations and estimating teams on onerous terms and conditions
- Manage risk and analyse information to offer solutions
- Manage cash flow and target areas of improvement
- Preparation of budgets including overhead cost analysis at business level
- Ideally degree qualified
- Proven success of managing teams
- Membership of RICS or CIPS preferred
