Staffing Consultant Responsibilities
- Responsible for candidate recruitment within our contract services divisions
- Source, screen, interview, and place candidates on-assignment, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies
- Source utilizing internet research, social media, networking, resume databases, job postings, and other advertising
- Write biographies of candidates
- Prepare candidates for client interviews and provide feedback
- Perform reference checks and administer background checks
- Represent Beacon Hill at job fairs and recruiting events
- Merit-based promotion to Senior Staffing Consultant averaging nine to 18 months
