A growing oil and gas services company is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor for their growing team. This company offers limited travel, excellent work/ life balance, and a very competitive compensation package. Candidates can be located in Houston, TX or Tyler, TX areas. Job duties would include:

• Perform audit procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and SOX 404 requirements.
• Conduct interviews, write summary memos, and prepare work papers as necessary.
• Provide recommendations to executives on operational and accounting procedures.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal partners.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of internal audit or public audit experience
• CPA, CIA, or CISA certification
