A rapidly growing financial services company in the Austin area is seeking a Senior/ Staff Accountant to join their team. This company offers a tremendous amount of room for professional growth and an excellent company culture. The responsibilities for this position will include:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Perform monthly financial close and all related activities
• Play a key role in process improvement efforts in the accounting department

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of corporate accounting experience
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, or related field
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX
