Internal Sales Coordinator, Telesales (CW13) Beaconsfield, England
Salary: | GBP20000 - GBP24000 per annum + £9,600 bonus, 30 days hols, 5% pension |

- THE ROLE;
- As Internal sales coordinator, Telesales, you'll buddy up with an experienced field sales representative and support them in building relationships with National and Regional House builders and Property Developers.
- You'll be selling aluminium composite windows & doors, which creat a beautiful contemporary look, along with industry leading thermal & energy efficiency qualities, which the House Builders love.
- You'll identify upcoming projects from ABI and glenigan leads as well as LinkedIn.
- You'll effectively and professionally handle enquiries from the House Builder & property developer, assess those enquiries and sales leads & then follow up on the quotation and enquiry, to make sure that you win the order.
- You'll find the decision maker at the House Builder or Property developer & introduce your product & service, with the aim to secure a meeting for the Area Sales Manager that you're supporting.
- As Internal sales coordinator, Telesales, you'll prepare quotations/estimates, follow up & along with your Area Sales Manager, win the order.
- You'll then account manage some of those relationships, including on occasion doing joint visits with your colleague.
- You'll talk through the installation, operation, function, ironmongery and interface details of your doors and windows with your customers.
- You'll also coordinate with your approved installers and joiners and ensure that the customer gets a seamless pre-order process.
- You'll negotiate and close orders.
- On occasion you'll attend exhibitions and periodically give product presentations to customers and ultimately you'll achieve sales targets.
- You'll be working with 3 other Internal sales coordinators in the office in Buckinghamshire from 8.30am- 5.00pm Monday to Thursday & until 3.30pm on dress down Friday.
- THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE;
- You will have sales experience in any sector, with a keenness to learn & develop your career.
- Ideally with professionally targeted telesales or telemarketing experience.
- A can do attitude, with a tenacity to succeed.
- You'll be a confident communicator, both over the phone and face to face.
- You'll be a good team player as you'll be communicating with your field sales colleague many times each day.
- You'll look at your role like your own business and be target driven, as a very good bonus is available.
- You'll have an interest in property and design and have a passion to sell our clients products & solution.
- Experience of working in the construction or building industry, eg, builders merchant, Architectural practice, Housebuilder, Structural engineer, Building contractor, Kitchen or Bathroom showrooms would be great but not essential.
- Our client has successfully recruited sales professionals from car sales, financial services, estate agency, retail, FMCG etc, as their product and sales training is superb.
- THE REMUNERATION;
- Basic salary of £20,000- £24,000 dependent on experience.
- Up to £9,600 bonus part based on personal performance & part on team performance.
- 25 days holiday, with the ability to buy or sell up to 5 days.
