Reward Analyst - Leading organisation (15243561/003) City Of Manchester, England
Role: Reward Analyst
Location: Manchester
Duration: 6 months
Salary: c£35,000
We are currently working with a leading organisation that is looking to recruit an experienced Reward Analyst for an initial 6 month contract based at their offices Manchester (with some home working!)
This is a key role supporting the development and implementation of a pay and grading structure; leading on analysis relating to cyclical reward activity; benchmarking and role evaluation; supporting reward projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Contributing to the design and implementation of a new pay and grading framework
- Fulfilling the data and analysis requirements within the Reward function
- Integral to Job evaluation, in managing the Job Evaluation panels and process
- Supporting the annual cyclical processes (pay review, bonus, benefits renewals)
- Responsible for benchmarking salary and bonus plans,
- Supporting on a number of upcoming Reward related projects (Gender pay reporting, recognition)
You:
- Ideally experience of working in Reward
- Ideally an understanding of reward processes
- Ideally experience of job evaluation
-The requirements for this role includes strong verbal and written communication skills, to be extremely organized
-Strong analytical skills and data analysis skills, including ability to determine trends or areas of concern in data or reports
-Advanced Excel is essential (V look-ups, pivot tables, etc.)
-Strong accuracy and attention to detail is essential
