HR Advisor –Manchester – c£32,000 – 12 month FTC - start ASAP
Advantage Resourcing are working with a leading organisation that is looking for a forward thinking and dynamic HR Advisor to join the business for an initial 12 month contract based in Manchester City Centre. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Advisor will provide a customer focused comprehensive and pragmatic HR advice and support to Managers and Employees. The HR Advisor will provide a dedicated HR advisory service in relation to organisational change; conduct and capability; grievances and a range of employment and employee relations matters. You will develop and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with key business leaders establishing consistent professional credibility. The successful candidate will be ideally CIPD qualified established HR Advisor with previous experience within professional services or head office environment
