A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced In-House Recruiter to join this fast paced and growing business on a permanent basis. You’ll provide effective solutions and support for attracting and selecting talented Banking/Finance professionals to the business. Proactively managing the full recruitment life cycle with a focus on continuous improvement to deliver efficient recruitment outcomes. You will be an experienced recruiter, who will ideally have previous in-house experience managing day to day resourcing needs and adhoc recruitment projects. You will be highly self motivated and used to working at pace, managing multiple roles and requirements at any one time and will be able to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills.
