HR Manager - Greater Manchester - c£40,000 - £45,000 + Car allowance , Permanent
A complex and growing organisation in Greater Manchester are currently looking to recruit a HR Manager on a permanent basis to join the existing team. With an extremely generalist remit, you will touch most aspects of HR on a day to day basis including complex employee relations, policy review, end to end recruitment and design / delivery of training to managers and stakeholders across the business. Additionally, you will be both involved in, and take the lead on a variety of ongoing projects intended to continue to develop and strengthen the business infrastructure through it's people, enabling it to continue to move forward. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent generalist experience, gained from a fast paced and complex environment. You will be confident communicating with an extremely diverse workforce, taking a flexible approach. You will also ideally have some experience of working with unions.
