HR Business Partner - Greater Manchester – up to £33,440 – Contract duration: circa 13 months
I'm currently working on an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join a fast paced and commercial business in the Greater Manchester area. Joining an existing team, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and well known business, with scope to get involved in wide variety of generalist activities and change projects. You will support line managers across the business in all people matters, including the end to end recruitment process, advising on employee relations issues and managing performance, while also coaching and guiding line managers to increase leadership capability across the organisation. You must be an experienced HR generalist, with experience of working in a fast paced environment and managing a varied and demanding workload including change projects. You will be able to demonstrate solid understanding and awareness of employment legislation and will be a confident communicator. You will ideally come from a fast paced, commercial environment.
