HR Business Partner, up to £45,000 + Company Car, Permanent, Based in Cheshire with UK wide travel.
In this key role you’ll act as a business partner supporting the organisations business objectives and growth strategy. You’ll lead on all people related matters and be responsible for creating an environment that attracts and engages high performing individuals to deliver a first class service. You will be responsible for all HR activity whilst being given the opportunity to lead on a number of exciting projects. You will be CIPD qualified and a motivational and inspiring leader with proven experience of dealing with a wide range of ER issues including disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, TUPE, flexible working, settlement negotiations etc
