HR Advisor, Cheshire , up to £30.000 pro rata – 3 months
Advantage Resourcing is working with a leading organisation that is seeking a HR Advisor to join the business for 3 months. Contract to start as soon as possible !
You’ll support the HR team with Employee Relations cases and other general tasks including Occupational Health referrals, reviewing contracts and administration support for ongoing projects.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following skillset- *Employee Relations knowledge and experience *Employment Law knowledge *Experience of policy and procedure development *Ideally CIPD qualified although not essential *Experience of a fast paced environment *Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction industry sector experience highly desirable.
