HR Analyst (15245087/001) City Of Manchester, England
HR Analyst – Manchester – £220 per day ltd – Initial 6 week contract starting ASAP
Advantage Resourcing is currently working with a leading organisation that are looking to recruit a HR Analyst to join the business in for an initial 6 week contract based in Manchester.
Responsibilities include:
- Support the HR team with research, reporting requirements, data analysis and production of reports to support the implementation of HR initiatives
- Ensure that organisation charts, reports, spread sheets etc are accurately maintained
- Provide proactive, professional support to HR teams to enable the delivery of the people plan for the business
- Provide support for Organisation Change programmes, through the full development and implementation phases
- Provide project management support to the HR team, tracking, measuring and communicating through the project timeline
Experience required:
Excellent Excel skills (minimum pivot tables / lookups)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to proactively problem solve through asking questions and identifying solutions
Experience of working within a large, complex and fast moving organisation
Experience of supporting the delivery of HR initiatives and projects
