As Junior Accountant you will be responsible for:
- Day to day financial bookkeeping, and maintenance of the financial system;
- Posting of all transactions;
- Management of Accruals, Prepayments, Loan Account, Work in Progress as well as Cost and Income forecasts;
- Responsibility for monthly VAT return preparation;
- Supervising and checking quarterly National Bank returns;
- Ensuring all Brussels staff and consultants complete timesheets in an accurate and timely manner;
- Cash Book and Bank postings and ensuring bank reconciliations are performed;
- Preparing client billing;
- Posting of sales and purchase invoices;
- Reviewing all staff expense claims.
