Sales Director (SFSS 052111stpaul) Saint Paul, Minnesota


-Minimum of 10 years business experience, preferably as a Sales Representative servicing a large retail account
-Four year college degree is required – MBA is a plus


-Proactively work to develop opportunities for accounts
-Supply chain and inventory skills
-Participate in the design, development, implementation and improvement of supply chain project monitoring tools
-Provide stakeholders and senior management with updated analysis and projections on project status
-Communicate all sales and marketing opportunities to the proper labels
-Selling through in-depth analysis reporting to display credibility to accounts
-Run reports to use along with account tracking for evaluating sales trends, title performance and identifying opportunities
-Perform monthly business evaluations and communicate sales results with appropriate senior management and accounts
-Maintain strong relationship with account team members via consistent communication and physical visits
-Hold field team conference calls when necessary
